On April 7, 2016 at approximately 8:00 a.m. in the 4600 block of S. Rockwell St., an unknown male attempted to lure two 13-year-old females and a 10-year-old male while they were walking to school. The male followed the children, made a sexual comment to the females offering them money for a sex act and grabbed the book bag of the boy who was able to pull away from the subject. The offender fled in an unknown direction.
