Emergency Assistance Center at Stony Island Plaza – July 9th, 2025
Emergency Assistance Centers are safe, supportive spaces for anyone affected by recent violence, including victims, survivors, witnesses, family members, and community members. These centers offer immediate access to emotional support and help with applying for Crime Victim Compensation. Visitors can also connect with community-based services, mental health professionals, domestic violence services, and youth support providers. Anyone seeking resources, information, or simply a place to talk is encouraged to attend.
