This alert gives notice to residents in the 7th, 11th and 15th Districts (Areas North and South) of robbery related incidents that have occurred during the month of September. In these incidents, the offender(s) used force or the threat of force by displaying a handgun, and taking cell phones, coats and vehicles from citizens on the street.
