This alert gives notice to residents in the 19th (Town Hall) District of robberies that occurred on August 29 & 31, 2015. In these incidents, offenders approached the victims on the street and used force to rob them. In two incidents, the victims were attacked from behind. In one incident the offenders engaged the victim in conversation and then committed the robbery.
