This alert gives notice to residents of the 6th District (Gresham) of robberies involving victims who are lured to locations through the use of social media. In each of these incidents, the victims made contact with a female utilizing the website skout.com where they would make plans to meet. Upon arriving at the designated location, the victims discovered the female offender was not alone, but rather in the company of several other males. These male offenders in turn proceeded to beat and rob the victims of their valuables.
