The Chicago Police Department (CPD) today released multiple annual reports that detail the work CPD has done in the past year to strengthen public safety and community partnership through its reform efforts.
These reports include CPD’s IMR-13 Status Report, which highlights the department’s reform efforts from July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. This report provides a closer look at the efforts that led to CPD achieving some level of compliance in 95% of monitorable consent decree paragraphs during IMR-13.
